Are 1RM Nutrition products authentic and lab-tested?
Every batch is third-party lab tested and verified for label accuracy, heavy metals, and microbial safety. We are a trademark-registered brand and every tub carries a scratch-to-verify authenticity code.
How fast is delivery across India?
Metro cities: 2–3 business days. Rest of India: 4–6 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499.
What if the product doesn't suit me?

Do you make vegetarian / vegan protein?
Yes. Our Whey Protein is vegetarian. We also have a 100% plant-based Vegan Protein Blend crafted from pea and brown rice isolates.
Can I take pre-workout and creatine together?
Absolutely. Take pre-workout 20 minutes before training and creatine (5g) any time of day. Consistency matters more than timing for creatine.
